Meet Teresa
For more than 30 years, I built and led brands and marketing teams at companies like Hershey, Beam Suntory, and Winebow, and most recently served as Chief Marketing Officer at Acme Smoked Fish.
Across those years, I learned that leadership often becomes hardest at inflection points. The moments when what used to work stops working and the next path forward isn’t obvious yet.
Having spent much of my career as an outsider in the room, I developed a different way of seeing. I learned how to read patterns, ask better questions, and bring clarity to complex situations.
Today, I work with leaders and founder-led brands navigating those same moments of transition.
